Smokin' . . . . .

Salmon. I know the picture is poorly drawn, but tonight I looked and there's only 1 small piece of smoked salmon left. I still have enough ingredients left to brine and smoke another fillet. I think maybe I'll do that tomorrow - well, at least get the salmon and brine it. I can smoke it on Thursday. ■ It's supposed to warm up this weekend - like in the 40's. We all could use a little warmth. It's been a cold winter so far. ■ I'm going to start a new project with a guitar I bought yesterday. More on that in upcoming posts. ■
